For more than 50 years the Long’s Park Amphitheater Foundation has been treating the community to Sunday nights of free music on the Long’s Park amphitheater stage. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs and picnic in the park or visit our food vendors. We hope you’ll join us this year. Art & Craft Festival
Experience one of America's top fine art and craft shows! For three days shop and enjoy breathtaking creativity as a beautiful city park on the edge of historic Downtown Lancaster is transformed into an outdoor gallery. With 200 top artists and craftspeople from across the country, our 35th annual event will showcase the best of the best chosen from some 1,000 applicants from 45 different states and countries. Live music, fine food, wine and craft beer, too. All proceeds benefit the free Long's Park Summer Music Series.
About Us
The Long&rsquot;s Park Amphitheater Foundation is an independent, nonprofit organization that spun off from the Lancaster Sertoma Club in 1962 to maintain the amphitheater and stage its performances. That same year it launched the free Long���������s Park Summer Music Series. Today, the 13-week season of music is primarily underwritten by the Long���������s Park Art & Craft Festival which the Foundation began in 1979. Amenities
Long&rsquot;s Park is a 80-acre park located northwest of Lancaster City at the intersection of Harrisburg Pike and the Route 30 Bypass. Picnic pavilions and tables dot the park along with a petting farm, children's playgrounds, a two-acre, spring-fed lake, tennis courts and a fitness trail. To reserve a pavilion, get information on the petting farm or firewood sales or reach someone at the City Parks & Public Property Department, call (717) 291-4841 between 7 am and 3:30 pm.
